Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

We are committed to building a community of air hockey enthusiasts who want to share their love of the game and improve each others' skills and increase levels of competition to world class, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for those who are new to the sport or just want to unwind with some good, clean fun.

To that end, we ask for our members and guests to respect the facility, equipment, other patrons, and our neighbors at all times.

  • Parking in our lot is unfortunately limited. Neighboring properties tend to have some availability at our peak hours, but we do not have mutual understandings with all of them for accommodating our overflow. Please consider visiting additional establishments for refreshments or services in conjunction with your visit if you will be parking in adjacent lots, or consider using alternate means of transportation, such as buses, biking, or walking.

  • We schedule daily cleanings of our restrooms, tables, and hall. Please do your best to maintain a hygenic environment and avoid damaging any property. Please immediately report any accidental damages or hazardous conditions to management, and take care of any spills or "fallout" from any emergency medical situations in accordance with health and safety standards.

  • All members must check-in electronically when entering the facility. Our 24/7 memberships include guest privileges, and our system includes tailgating monitoring. Any tailgaters during unmanaged hours will be noted as guests of the members they follow, who will be charged for admission in accordance with our member guest policies, which include an agreement to review recorded charges with the members before they are processed for payment, and an assumption of responsibility for the behavior and actions of your guests.

  • Violence or excessively aggressive and intimidating behavior will not be tolerated.

What to include in the Privacy Policy

Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.

To learn more about this, check out our article “Creating a Privacy Policy”.
